RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS
2025-2026
Welcome to the St. Leo Parish Religious Education Program. Our classes are open to parishioners of our Parish. If you are not yet a registered parishioner, you must first become one by filling out the Parish Registration form found in the Weekly Bulletin or the parish website.
If you are a parishioner, please follow these steps:
- Class Registration/Tuition: One Registration/Tuition form is required for EACH FAMILY. All children should be listed on the same form with class choices. Complete the fillable class form in its entirety. Save and return by email to religioused@stleostamford.org (preferred), drop off or USPS mail to the Religious Education Office.
- Diocesan Parish Annual Consent and Release Form: A separate form is REQUIRED for EVERY CHILD Complete the fillable Consent and Release form in its entirety. Save and return the completed forms with Class Registration/Tuition form. A child will not be placed into a class until a completed form is submitted.

- Tuition Payment: All fees must be paid before your children are placed in a class. Please contact the Religious Education office if you need a payment plan. No family will be denied Religious Education due to financial difficulties.
